I have just started PEing 2 weeks ago.

I have 5.5” length and 5.1” girth and my goal is 7” length and anything above 5.1” girth. Basically I want to gain 1.5” in length without any “machines” and weight hanging included. Only manual exercises. Is it possible? Any success stories with similar numbers?

Umm well… I did it. So I guess it’s possible, since I did it. Not that hard, just have to be motivated and a lil creative.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Yes it’s possible. I’ve done just about that in about 6 months time with only manual stretchs and a little jelqing which is what I started with. It’s crazy but all the different types of PE converge and cross over to some degree you realize after hanging and doing many other little tricks for length gains. I mean they all work on the same physical principles/rules, but are different in how the techniques are executed.

I would basic manual stretch in all directions but focus a little more on manual stretching straight down and straight down and to the sides to focus on stretching/tearing for growth of the ligament bundles. I learned how to telll when I had lig growth potential gains when I would feel a nice soreness feeling in the internals around the base area where the pubes are where the ligs are located. My LOT lowered gradually down to almost 6:00 now and I am hanging, ADSing, etc and gains seem to be continuing for the shaft/tunica for me.

So good luck and be smart, don’t hurt yourself. Do a little more studying…

I can’t imagine it not being possible. But I don’t see why you aren’t willing to try weights or machines if they can get you faster results.

well ultraborn i’d have to disagree. Many people have gained with manual stretches and jelqing. Weights and machines should be used if/when gains stop from manual stuff, even then it should be gradually built up to.

I know I also started off thinking that I would only do manual stuff. For some reason, once real gainss started showing up, that opened my mind to other things like pumping. I have not tried hanging, and don’t know if I ever will, but I have to say that I am a lot more open to it now that I was 4 months ago.

Now I have convinced myself that my agressive manual stretches (2x4 minutes, twice per day, with a pretty good force) is essentially short manual hanging. I am sure I am putting more force on my dick by hand than I hear some of the hangers talking about.

Anyway, back to the original question, I think it is definitely possible. I gained about .5-.75 inches length before I started pumping and was not in any kind of plateau.
