Took a little break and ready to go again
Took the decon break for a couple weeks as was suggested to me by people. Now I feel great and ready to go at it again. Is there anything I should be careful of in particular when starting again? Like should I start easy and get progressively more intense as I go? Like I stated in my previous thread I’m pretty experienced with P.E so I feel like I’m quite well conditioned.
Still I am interested in a new routine, anything people have done to get new gains after a relatively long period of seemingly no gains, like I’m going through lol
I want length mostly and better EQ, I feel like girth will come from better EQ in general.
Finally I’ve seen some interesting posts about the angion method by a user on this site and was wondering what people think about it. Should I add it to my girth/EQ routine?
