Took a little break and ready to go again

Took the decon break for a couple weeks as was suggested to me by people. Now I feel great and ready to go at it again. Is there anything I should be careful of in particular when starting again? Like should I start easy and get progressively more intense as I go? Like I stated in my previous thread I’m pretty experienced with P.E so I feel like I’m quite well conditioned.

Still I am interested in a new routine, anything people have done to get new gains after a relatively long period of seemingly no gains, like I’m going through lol
I want length mostly and better EQ, I feel like girth will come from better EQ in general.
Finally I’ve seen some interesting posts about the angion method by a user on this site and was wondering what people think about it. Should I add it to my girth/EQ routine?

I would say that 2 weeks isn’t long enough of a decon break if you feel like your penis has become conditioned and your gains have stalled.

When I took a break for that reasons it was more like 2 months.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

After posting and doing some reading I thought that instead of one huge break after a long period of constant work, I’d take shorter breaks (like this one) between shorter working sessions, example 2 months on 2 weeks off as that seems to work for some. I really feel like a lot of my EQ has returned and I’m ready to begin again. I should have clarified that “I” feel quite conditioned in that I’m accustomed to the motions of P.E and the dedication/time it takes, not really sure how it feels to have a penis conditioned other than the fact that I don’t get injuries.

Gotcha.

I have heard other people refer to their penis as conditiones meaning it has gotten used to high-intensity exercises and you are no longer getting results, forcing you to increase the intensity to unsafe levels.

I would say, just take it easy during your first workout, and see how you feel after. If you aren’t getting any negative PIs, resume where you left off before the decon break.

I’m not sure what exercises you do, but what helped me begin gaining again, especially girth, was incorporating 3-5 manual clamps each lasting 45sec at the end of my all manual routine.

I just get 100% erect, then grip the base as close to the pubic bone as possible, kegel a couple of times to get a little bit more blood in there, then squeeze your grip as much as you can comfortably without any pain, and hold for 45seconds, kegeling throughout to maintain all the blood in there.

That exercise has been a breakthrough for me personally.

I am planing to take 1 month off, because of no gains for a long time, you thing it should be longer?

Thanks for the info on the manual clamp. @Al101, I honestly can’t say for sure how long you should take a break. From what I’ve read its important to let your penis recover from the exercises but a lot of the decon break is to me about allowing yourself to mentally relax from the monotony of P.E. Considering I’m currently on vacation from my studies however I wanna make use of the time to get more quality P.E in which is why I only took a slightly over 2 week break, but I heard 2-3 month breaks aren’t uncommon. Maybe when the new semester begins I’ll take that sort of break but right now I want to maximize what I can do. I would personally say once you feel like your junk feels, for lack of a better word “malleable” again then the physicality of the decon break is over, but that’s just my newbie opinion lol
