Transition in routines.

When have you guys found it best to transition from the Newbie routine to a more advanced one. Also when you get to your desired size, how do you maintain it, or cement it, without gaining more o.O. Just some questions I have been wondering, and yes I used the search button!


Start 6/13/07 BPEL: 6.4 / EG: 5.5

7/14/07 BPEL: 6.875 / EG: 5.75 / NBPEL: 6.5

Actually yeah how do you cement and not keep gaining? I think you taper off don’t you?

IMO, use the newbie routine until you dont’ gain anymore, take a week off and start a new routine. To cement without gaining, is basically doing your current routine, in les time with less intensity less times per week.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
