There are a few websites out there that talk about 10 minute routines. They claim to give as good or better results than the 30+ minute routines that most of us seem to use. Does anyone have any experience with one of these condensed routines? Is it just bull, or is there a shortcut. Thanks

Do you honestly think there is a shortcut for PE? I doubt it!

10 minutes sound unrealistic. You need to get a good warm-up first and that may take up to 5 minutes alone. I think a 30 min to 1 hour workout is more realistic.

I have a 3 minute routine that will guarantee 4” length gains in 2 months but I’m sworn to secrecy.

Are you bullsh*tting? If not, what’s the point in posting that if you’re not going to share.

Yeah, I’m sorry I can’t discuss it. It’s just too advanced. The trouble with advanced techniques is the risk rewards ratio and it’s such a fine judgement.

There has been some serious discussion on this site about the "less is more" approach to PE. Seems that some people do get results from just 20 minutes or so a day. I couldn’t find the exact thread, but i referenced it in my post here:

I know as a newbie I got gains from 20-30 minutes a day, and it wasn’t a very efffective 20-30 minutes either. Now I can get an effective workout in that time, but can’t say that it is as effective as 45 minutes twice a day, since I have no gains to compare.

You forgot to mention the pills and cream he needs to use while using the techniques. We are talking about the routine invented by the ancient ninja, in the middle east, who learned them from Egyptian Pharaoh’s right?

No, that’s a good routine but I think you aren’t looking at a guarantee of more than 3.5” with about 20 minutes work a day over about 6-8 months.

It’s all fun and games until someone ends up crying. Seriously, does anyone remember a little thing called “8 minute abs”, it was a workout tape that promised the user that they could have abs of steel in just 8 minutes a day. Sound like total balogna? Well how about 6 second abs? Sound bogus? Well they are marketing that very thing at K-mart now.

It won’t be long until someone out there is Scamland tries to market the very “guaranteed results” that you are talking about here. Those poor unsuspecting marks. It just goes to show that followers of P.T. Barnum are still alive and kicking.
