Transitioning exercises.
I’ve been doing the beginner’s routine and it’s actually pretty cool. I have actually noticed a little girth gain, especially a day or two after the exercise. I haven’t measured but it just looks a little fatter. I will probably do these for another few months or so but I was wondering what the next step would be after I master five to ten hand exercises. Would it be pumping? Hanging? What would be the best, least risky exercises to do? I mean, I know that If I hang a 20 pound weight on my dick that it will rip it right to the ground. I’m just afraid of nerve damage, and I know the penis is an amazing organ capable of leaps and bounds, but I just don’t want to kick it in it’s nuts If you know what I mean. I’ll probably do the hands exercises forever, by addictive habit as long as Mr kinish has the will to stiff-in, but I’m just looking for something to add to them. If anyones(intermediates) got any tips that would be cool.
