Tunica Stretching
I think my progress with ligament stretching has kinda tapered off. And i’ve been reading a bit about this LOT stuff, though i don’t know how to test it at all cuz it really confuses me lol, and im thinkin that directing stretches at the tunica might help me gain quicker (though i’ll still do a bit of lig stretching). Does this sound like a good or bad idea? and is inverse v stretching a good way to do this?
