Hey guys.. It came to my attention the other day that I may be jelqing at the wrong percentage. First off just to start I will be completely blunt. I am somewhat a chronic masturbator. I usually masturbate between 1-3 times a day. As far as my package goes I’m on average 6 3/4 x 4 1/2, but there HAS been times where I’ve noticed that my cock was absolutely blown up. Atleast a quarter inch thicker and fatter all around. This has only happened to me very few times under certain circumstances. Twice with my girlfriend, and a few times when I was on substances watching porn. Why do you guys feel that I can’t achieve this full erection all the time? Could it be from watching a lot of porn? I tried withdrawing from porn for 2 weeks just to test this, but I still couldn’t reach this goal. I read somewhere on here that one of the vets was saying most people are actually smaller than what they think, and that after they have heightened there EQ they finally see what there true package looks like. Could this be why? I feel like EQ is the only problem. What are some things I can do to increase it?

Alright now onto the second question, since I feel that I may have a problem with EQ and I’m not achieving my erections at it’s full potential wouldn’t that mean that my average erection is already around 80%? If this is true then that would mean that I’ve been jelqing at around 50-70% everytime which is actually rather hard for me to keep at that level. Do you guys think that I should start jelqing when I’m at my normal erection since it’s not at its full potential, should I go a TAD bit under my average erection, or should I just continue at the % I’m doing right now?(50-70)

PE improves EQ if done properly. Also stop masturbating so much, that causes your EQ to go way down. Try to only masturbate once or twice a week, or not at all. Not at all would be better, plus since you have a girlfriend it will be much easier.

As for erection percentage, try to stay around 50 if you’re going for girth, and less if you’re going for length. Jelqing at really high erection levels is dangerous if you’re not experienced with PE.

It’s fairly well known that marijuana has a bad effect on your testosterone levels via increased aromatase activity. Your T levels have a great effect on your EQ levels. If I’m not mistaken it increases your prolactin levels which could have an effect you on your EQ and refractory as well.

I disagree with the percentage that juiice suggested.
50% is around the minimum (maybe it’s a bit lower, but no less than 40%) and would have little effect on girth. 60%-70% is good for girth gains and generally safe for a newbie.

Then again, it depends on the definition of those percentages. This is a good thread concerning the matter and here’s a post that I find to be pretty conclusive:

Jelqing will increase your erection quality over time.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

weed hightens your senses, makes sex/masturbation feel amazing, at least it does for me lol

The reason I say 50% is because I feel like the amount of expansion is at its maximum at this percentage. If I get more erect/engorged my penis gets harder as well, thereby decreasing the expansion. But that’s just me. I would say then that the highest percentage you can jelq at without your penis becoming hard would be ideal for girth work.

idk man. 90 percent jelqs and 440s sound impossible and like it explodes your dick.

It is a little hard to jelq at that high a level , but I have a hard time keeping it below that level.

The 440’s are cool ,, I don’t feel any pain or anything, and I believe I’m getting a good stretch/expanshion.

I just believe pushing past the max will force your body to grow, to prevent a “blow out”,, so to speak.

EQ might go up if you limit your ejaculations to 3 or 4 per week. Sounds like that might just kill you though :D

I’m trying to go for length gains though, what % should I use for length?
