Ulis reduce sensitivity. Help???

I’ve been doing 2-3 ulis here and there just to see what the effect is. I’ve noticed that it actually results in a bigger flaccid all day and it makes it easier to force blood forward while jelqing. An unfortunate side effect is reduced sensitivity though (it goes away over time) and so it is harder to stay erect while jelqing. Has anyone figured out how to do ulis without losing sensitivity? Is there some kind of uli newbie routine? Any help would be appreciated.

How in the world are you doing them?? I’ve done all sorts of aggressive things to my penis for years and never had a sensitivity issue. I’ve seen men who admit to jelqing with their thumb on top complain of these issues though. Most likely from the bones of the thumb rubbing on the nerves on top of the penis.

Well, I grasp as close to the base as I can with my thumb and finger. I then slowly work my my way up the shaft by degrees. I’m new to this exercise so I wonder if I’m squeezing too hard or using to high an erection level? The good news is that penile sensitivity returns to normal if I stop doing anything super intense.

Well, anytime I do a new type of PE, I give my penis a ”break in” period to adapt. I would not for example start clamping and right away, be using two clamps as tight as I could close them ;) I’d start with ONE clamp and ease into the tighter settings. Same should apply for Jelqs, Ulis, or any other exercise which has potential to ‘shock’ the penis. You apply too much too quickly and you usually see things like you are experiencing. Fortunately, most of the time, they are temporary and the penis will recover.

Slow down a little, it’s not a race! :)

I think you’re right. I’ve made good gains through jelqing but I think those gains are starting to slow down and would like to transition into ulis. I guess I’ll keep jelqing for now and do maybe one or two ulis every other day or so until I successfully break in my little guy. Thanks for the input Walywrld. Much appreciated!!

I’d advise against breaking your little guy ;)

But well yes Uli’s are supposed to be done fully erect aren’t they. Maybe just squeeze a little lighter at first, use a firm solid grip but not one that could basically chop right through if your hands were sharp.
