Uli's Routine For Girth

Hi everyone,

What have your experiences been with this routine Uli’s Routine ?

I’m considering following Uli’s suggestions for girth and adding it to my routine. My questions would be, what qualifies as the “meatus”? Also, when he mentions “squeezing”, is he referring to just a standard kegel to pump more blood into the meatus?

Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

I don’t have experience with the uli squeeze so won’t comment on it.

The meatus is the orifice or opening where the urethra connects to the glans; i.e., where the urine and semen comes out.

If you are referring to the comment that ce1 made about engorging the penis head (glans), it is possible for the glans and urethra to swell enough that it will (temporarily) push out of the meatus. This can also be created by pumping for too long or with too much vaccum level. It is temporary and will recede in a few hours.

To avoid it don’t do the “monster squeeze” he mentions. I think his reference to squeeze is using his hand. He may/may not be kegeling as he squeezes, I can’t tell.

The technical term for a more permanent condition of this is a urethral prolapse.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Is having the meatus swell and pop-out a bad thing? This happened to me a few times while jelqing. It would swell up like a donut and then subside after a few hours.

In my opinion it is an indication of overdoing the exercise. I am unsure if continuing to do so has a negative consequence- my guess, and it’s just a guess, is that the more it happens the easier it gets to reoccur. Will it stay that way? I do not know.

As long as it returns to normal in a few hours I would be less worried of a downside. If it becomes resistant to returning to the normal state I would halt activity and let it rest.
