Uli’s Routine

“3) Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state,
encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your “finger ring” towards
the meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up
the pressure, and repeate this routine 10 times”

“slide your overhand OK sign fingers firmly
up the shaft, engorging the meatus and at least half the shaft. Hold that
position, trapping the blood, and pump you hand forward to further engorge the
head and shaft. Each pumping stroke is about 1 second, during which the
engorged section will very visably increase in size”

kinda confusing?

So after the 200 jelgs I get 3/4 erect
then hold the middle of the shaft firm
then squeeze 5 times?

I have been doing PE for 1 year and not sure if I gain any so I want to try girth now
any advice

i jelg for 30 min.
1 time a day for 4 days a week
also manuel strecth and BTC

For uli’s the more erect you are the easier the exercise is, in my opinion. Basically kegel some blood in, make a tight OK grip. Slide that grip about 3/4" up your shaft and you should notice an engorgement from that. Then squeeze and let off five times. Then I just held the last squeeze and kegelled for about 5-10 seconds. I mainly did the kegel at the end because you can feel the blood behind and in front of where you are squeezing. That, and it made the exercise feel more worthwhile.
