You should probably start by doing some cardio and losing 128 pounds to be considered in the healthy range, that is if you are overweight and not a freak body builder. As mentioned above it will help you to see if any fat is covering the area.
After that remeasure properly and try keep a consistent measurement. 6” girth is well above average and many guys on here are 4-5” and will hate it if you think 6” isn’t big, so be proud its a very statisfying girth for a woman. Gaining anymore is purely for self reflection seeing as woman cant really tell the difference between something that is 1” smaller or bigger.
After you have lost some weight then start on the newbie routine so you dont do both at the same time because you will just think the routine is working and not the weight loss.
Maybe set an initial goal of 1” in length and see how that goes because 8” No bone pressed is huge and 6” girth is massive and you can maybe go 6.5” girth if needed once you reach your goal.
Already jealous of you brother! Goodluck :D
