So, I’m going to do a 5 min warm up in the spa. Then sit in the bottom with a silicon stretcher attached and have the line go up to the edge of the spa over a wheel to a water bottle on the outside. That way it will be a nice Pull upwards for 10-15 min (instead of the normal hanging motion). Then 5 min relax, and 15 min pump all while in the spa. Do you think it would be better to do the stretch first, then pump, or vise verse. I’m been active in PE off and on, but just now got a spa and think it could work wonders.

I’ve been gaining by using a warm-up followed by stretches and then pumping. Remeber to use low pressure pumping for the duration of your session. I have tried both and low seems to be the best as well as others on here have all gained by low pressure pumping.

I think hot wet heat like that could only be a positive. I always think doing stretches before any expansion workouts like pumping are the way to go. I always think of the balloon analogy, where you stretch the balloon in different directions before attempting to blow it up.

I love stretching in our hot tub. Most days I shoot for morning, noon and night. 10-20 minutes each session. It is so relaxing and I can pull my dick BTC damn hard without losing the grip. Good luck and enjoy the spa. It is such a good stress reliever.
