Using a spa-hot tub for pumping and hanging
So, I’m going to do a 5 min warm up in the spa. Then sit in the bottom with a silicon stretcher attached and have the line go up to the edge of the spa over a wheel to a water bottle on the outside. That way it will be a nice Pull upwards for 10-15 min (instead of the normal hanging motion). Then 5 min relax, and 15 min pump all while in the spa. Do you think it would be better to do the stretch first, then pump, or vise verse. I’m been active in PE off and on, but just now got a spa and think it could work wonders.
