V-Stretch Affects Penis Curve

Well I found out I got a low LOT,ligs all stretched out. So I started doing manual tunica stretches today - with the V-Stretch. I can feel the tension and that is good I guess. I’m just wondering if I do V-Stretches will that make my penis even more curved upwards? Should I do the inverted V-Stretch to prevent this? And what about doing the V from side to side, is that good? Please reply, as I don’t want to have a semi-circled dick.

Also sometimes I feel a little pain while V-Stretching, thisis good right? Reply people!

From what you’ve said, you’re a newbie, so therefore start with the newbie routine - its stickied at the top of this forum - and stick with it for a couple of months before adding in advanced stretches.

As for LOT, its only a theory, that is not consistant, so I would recommend not paying too much attention to for now, especially as you’re a newbie.

No the V-Stretch won’t bend your dick, but in future please search as this has been asked many times before (and then you wouldn’t need to get impatient) ;)

Pain is not good. When you push ontop of your shaft you’re also pushing on your nerves. You can’t keep doing that without consequences. Also I’m not sure about the effectivity of V-stretches because even though the septum which they’re supposed to target feels like a cable when pushed from ontop it is not. The septum is more rectangular shaped with the toughest area ontop. So sideway V-stretches make more sense to me and are safer.

When you do any type of V-stretches make sure to move the pivot point around. The addition of the pivotpoint only adds extra tension locally and when you keep doing them in one place you have a chance of creating a penis curve. Which of course can be used if you have a curve in the opposite direction.

If you’re a beginner it’s probably best to wait a month before your start 2 handed stretches because you will automatically apply more tension.

Already got gains with the newbie routine, not sure how much though, maybe about an inch. I did the Tom Hubbard exercises, not sure when I started, maybe a year ago. But I gained about an inch and my dick feels heavier. But then the gains just stopped, and I was doing PE on and off. So I came to Thunders to look for something new, and it seems like tunica stretches is the way to go.

I found a way to do the upward manual stretch that I really like. I think it works the tunica pretty well.

First, bend over at the waist, forming an 90 angle with your torso and legs. Next, grab your dick, and pull it as far up your stomach as you can. Hold it tight against that spot on your stomach and slowly raise your torso back up past a normal standing position, to a position that kind of makes you look like a bow (the bow and arrow kind of bow). Your pelvis will be thrust forward, and your back arched. Now slowly return to the original 90 degree angle and repeat.

Hehe, that’s like doing sit-ups and PE at the same time. Aerobics and PE, not a bad combo Xorgfoo. It actually feels safe also. That’s a good exercise. But as a lazy man option can I just hold my unit stretched upwards, while watching TV, in a sitting position on the couch, while no one is home?

As long as you have a hand free for the remote, you’re probably safe.

If you’ve been doing PE “on and off” you’re still classed as a newbie, so the newbie routine will condition your dick for more advanced exercises, otherwise you’ll end up injuring yourself.

By all means experiment, Thunder’s is an excellent resource and harvests every possible means of getting It bigger into one tidy, searchable community. There is no need to ignore that wealth of knowledge. Understand however that gains are the outcome of a solid, balanced routine (like the Newbie Routine), and that consistency and refinery are a better approach to gains than incorporating something new. By all means, explore your city’s boundaries, but there’s no need to establish a new province when Rome herself was but only a few months ago founded….
