VACUUM Cylinder Sizes

So just curious about pumping. I have a 1.75” and a 1.50 I’m sitting at 1.57-1.60 depending on where on the shaft.

Is it better to over pack the tube or should I keep running with the 1.75 until I can pack it? I do stretches, jelqs, and pumping. But have been having issues with the donut effect. Only on the right side and I am never over 5hg.. 5min in 3 out with tissue massage 3 times. Then I’m done for the day.

Will it harm/shrink my girth using the 1.50 regularly or will it help with length gains?

Sorry for the noob questions. I searched with very little luck.

Thanks in advance for the info.

I’m still considered a newbie but I read that if you’re pumping for length, then choose a tube with the exact circumference and up to 3” longer. But if you’re pumping for girth, choose a tube that is .1/4” larger in circumference.

My tube is 1” longer and 1/4” larger in circumference.

Cylinder sizing chart

Girth ——-> Cylinder Diameter
3.50 to 4.50* —> 1.50
4.75 to 5.25* —> 1.75
5.50 to 6.00* —> 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* —> 2.25
7.00 to 7.50* —> 2.50
7.75 to 8.25* —> 2.75

Most recommend moving up in size when you start to pack up to 3/4 up the cylinder.

The company that used doesn’t have an exact one but I haven’t searched for any others. From what I’ve seen they are in .25 jumps. And girth I’m in-between the 1.5 and 1.75 I measure at 1.57 girth a 1.67 cylinder seems ideal for now but I am unsure if anyone make such a size.

I am experiencing the donut effect on the right side of my unit when using the 1.75 I got the 1.50 thinking it would help with that issue but it seems that I over pack the tube “girth” and makes my “unit” slimmer which I don’t like.

The sizing chart puts me for the 1.75 but like I said I get the donut effect to one side and it is not a great sight.

When I limit vacuum level to under 5 hg and time under vacuum to under 20 minutes, I never experience a doughnut.

I hate to nitpick but tube sizes go up in ¼” diameter sizes, not circumference.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have had some gains and outstanding erection hardness I started at BP 6.78 and 4.75 girth. Now at 7.xx and 5 girth. But started pumping to try and help the gains. Goal is 8 and 5.5

Any guidance is appreciated.
