Well, that was an eye-opener, and educational. I hadn’t heard of the three tube method for treating Peyronies, and now I have.
(For others: the first link Newbie2007 was referring to is peyroniesforum.net . On the message board there, there is a link to https://www.vac … org/extras.html , which goes into some of the details about the three tube routine.)
So, having read that, I’ll discard the suggestions I was thinking of. You would need all three cylinders by Week 7, so I’ll discard the idea of just buying the smallest tube and buy the others down the line as you see progress happening.
I’d still go with the Harborfreight pump that I mentioned earlier.
In looking through the peyroniesforum.net for more details on the three tube system, I haven’t yet found a lot of detail about just how large the three tubes are. I did see where someone had manufactured their own tubes, but they only mentioned two inside diameter dimensions. Those were 1.5” and 1.75”. Another post mentioned 1.5, 1.75 and 2” inside diameter cylinders. Yet another post mentions inside diameters of approximately 1 - 9/16 inches, 1 -11/16 inches and 2 - 1/8 inches.
Have you checked out Gprent’s excellent thread Selecting Your Cylinder Size ? I don’t know how the curvature of Peyronies would affect his recommendations; you might want to ask him that in his thread. The protocol seems to encourage you to use the smallest diameter cylinder that you can squeeze yourself into, flaccid, with lots of lube.
If you think you could squeeze yourself into a tube of that size, members have reported making their own cylinder out of aquarium gravel cleaning cylinders. That would require some work on your part, but is significantly less expensive than the commercial tubes. Here’s a thread about that; Long Grass made his own cylinder with 1.75” inside diameter: 12.5" gravel cylinder + comfort base . There are smaller gravel cleaning cylinders available, so possibly you could do this to take care of both the A and B cylinders.
So if you follow this course, you have saved yourself money by getting a very good pump with gauge, and two workable cylinders from alternate sources. At this point, you might want to spend the money on a commercial cylinder for the 2” inside diameter cylinder. Here are some sources for those, in alphabetical order:

This is about the least expensive way I can think of to achieve your goal of three tubes and a quality pump with a gauge. Keep in mind that you also need to buy a male adapter for the commercial pump, either from the pump vendor or from McMaster-Carr, part number 5012K251.
Good luck!
