Veggie pe
I was wondering recently if anyone of us fine men here follow a diet almost exclusively based on fruits and vegetables. Do you feel healthier and mentally more better? I am contemplating a week of following strict vegetarianism.(cept for milk and eggs maybe) Now this isn’t an easy task at all for me. I skip breakfast(faux pas I know) have brunch on school days and early dinner in the evenings and sometimes quite a hearty supper. On other days have lunch, late dinner and supper. Now we don’t eat exquisitely at our house. Mother whips out a humble meal with a few dishes. So this vegetarian diet feels promising but being the meat man that I am, I have meat literally 7 days per week. I love chicken and other fowl (call me a chickenator) and mutton then fish and other seafood sometimes. I eat beef on somedays with friends when we’re out or I use that as an excuse to eat out. Mother doesn’t fancy beef or pork so she seldom cooks them. And I don’t like pork at all cept when it’s in ham and bacon. Right so anyone ever tried being vegetarian and has it improved your pe? On a side note has it improved other things like your ability to concentrate and your stamina?
