Velcro for Girth gains?

Newb here

I read somewhere that if you strap some velcro around the base of the penis for several hours a day, it will increase girth over a period of time, because of the extra blood being in the penis

Anyone back this up?

Or tried anything similar?

Some people use cockrings and wraps after PE work to keep the size semi inflated. Alone I dont think it helps , it might do something if its worn during puberty but you will most likely also have a skinny area where the strap was :P

Plenty of people on this board use a Thera-P wrap after PE or just use it during the day. I can honestly say that it has helped my flaccid length and probably some girth in there somewhere. I had completely worn out two of them. I now use an ACE bandage for this. I can control the amount of pressure better with the Ace bandage setup.
