Very Confused About Routine
Ok well I’m becoming very confused when thinking about a routine for me to do. I’m mainly looking for length.
Right now I warmup for 10 minutes, stretch for about 20 minutes, then jelq for about 15. And i do the lazy ass stretch whenever im just chilling around the comp or watching T.V.
The part that confuses me is some people say stretch every day while others say stretch everyother day. Some say jelq every day while some say every other day.
Can anybody else tell me what they did to gain length besides hanging because i don’t have the money to buy one and ya.
