Video of Wet Jelq-That's a lot of pressure
Hello all-
I’ve been a lurker for a long time, but just this year I’ve started P.E. With regularity. I was great about doing it for about 4-5 months at the start of this year, but stopped as I: A) Broke up with a girlfriend B) Moved and C) Consequently had to stop taking 45 min showers (I PE’d when I took a regular showers).
When I measured after 5 months, I saw no difference. I wasn’t too depressed about it. I’ve read enough to know that gains come differently for people.
I have started up again with a non-shower method of manual stretches (just the newbie routine) using oil. I went to check out the videos for a refresher, and just to make sure I was doing everything correctly.
To my surprise, the video (Wet Jelq) has the guy using a lot of pressure! I think this is why I didn’t gain the first time around. I will be resuming my exercises with more pressure this time, but I have some concerns.
How tightly should I be gripping my shaft? What are the indicators that I am gripping too lightly or too tightly? (I have never gripped my penis tightly). And last, any tips for remaining ‘focused’ in your grip? I.e., making sure your grip stays tight over the long periods of time you are jelqing.

I almost imagine that some tool might be great to use.. Something like a pair of scissors with padded interiors instead of shears.
