Want To Start PE

Want To Start PE

Hello guys, even though I been registered for a while, I never did any routines. So it’s a fresh start.

I’m 26 years old (27 in 2 months), and overweight, BMI 45, for my unit, it’s as of yesterday measurements: 5.9” BPEL (15cm) and 4.7” EG (12cm), how much time should I spend, daily, on a Newbie Routine? Should I do it more than once daily?

I would like to set my “first” goal to 7.5” BPEL (19cm) and 5.5” EG (14cm). Is that a feasible goal? Do my age and/or overweight (guess the second must be a hard yes, and I’m working on that too, but maybe not that dedicated yet, since no gym available) will have any influence at my future gains?

I’m not planing, at least for the next 6-8 months, to use any devices, just manuals. I know it’s a long term commitment, and for now I just want to clear my thoughts with these answers.

Thanks, and good gains for everyone.

Don’t pick on yourself. Start a routine, be consistent and let’s see how you progress.

Welcome. Feasible goal, but long-term. Losing weight (thus losing fat pad) will help you gain some, too. I like the idea of starting with manual-only. But eventually, a device might help.

Here is a link to the Newbie Routine and I think it answers most of your questions and describes the exercises for getting started:

Newbie Routine

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I guess the hardest part will be girth gains for this goal right?

I read at some other post that I should focus at length gains first, since after gaining girth, gaining length should be more difficult. Is that how usually it is, or an all-around should be more efficient (at least for the next 2 years - my goal for 2 years is 7” with a girth of 5”).

The manual only for starting was a wide suggestion on another forum, and since I need to know what I have, and what I’m dealing with, it really looks like a solid way to start.

Totally reasonable goal. Take it easy and try to use heat like an IR lamp or space heater during your routine. Good luck!

Starting: (3/1/20) BPFSL 6.75" NBPEL 6.5" MSEG 4.9"

Now: BPFSL 7.5" NBPEL 7.0" MSEG 5.0"

Goal 8" NBPEL 6" MSEG

Hey Joyful!

Welcome to Thunders.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start here at Thunders

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

What is happening?

Well, hello guys, it’s been 5 days since I’ve started, and 3 days ago I did came back to the gym, to lose weight.
I know people usually tell you to not measure during the first few weeks, but I’m an anxious person, and decided to do PE even if I don’t see any gains at all, so no risk of losing interest or anything like that, but I did it, and for my surprise I did gain some already, just doing the newbie routine, as suggested to me here Want To Start PE, I’m already from 5.9" to 6.1" (15.5cm) BPEL (my original size, before I felt it "smaller" was 6.3" - 16cm) and my girth has gone from 4.7" (12 cm) EG to 4.9" (12,5cm).
I assume, I had never really lost any length or girth, just EQ, would you say the most likely think that "restored" portion of both this in 5 days (and one being a rest day, the middle one) is more likely to be better EQ from lifestyle change, from doing PE, or some sort of combination of both? I know I can’t expect to maintaining this absurd "gain", since I feel it’s just being restored. But this is a good sign, right? That at least I’m doing something correctly, I mean.

P.s: Sorry if it wasn’t the best english, I’m rather sleep and english isn’t my main language, so if something isn’t clear, please tell me so I can re-write or explain it better.

What about pumps? Should I get one asap or just go manuals while on newbie gain phase and let the pumping for later?

From everything I’ve read, pumping is usually alright for beginners, would suggest getting one with a gauge and staying at or below -5. I stuck with manuals for 10 months and planned on only doing manuals when I started. Just got a Leluv pump with gauge the other week and love it. Glad I started with manuals only though. I have a good feel for my unit and what the various stresses feel like.

Start 11/12/2020: BPEL-6.5”; MSEG-4.5”

Current 8/10/2021: BPEL-7”; MSEG-4.825”; BPFSL 7.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5”; MSEG 5.5”

Welcome to the PE world JoyfulLittleOne!
Yes training to loose weight will be beneficial and will give you a good vibe for PE.
I suggest to start with a one inch BPEL goal and updating it after.

Good luck!
