Wanting higher intensity but can't achieve it
For those of you who are accustomed to high-intensity workouts - Would you say the level of intensity of your PE sessions comes close to your weight lifting workouts? Like for example, the level of difficulty of a heavy set to failure on squats or pull-ups or something. When you do penis stretches, is the intensity anywhere near that, or is it much milder?
I am about 1-2 months into PE and the exercises feel so mild to me. If I could apply more force safely, I would, but I don’t think I could squeeze my penis much harder to grip. Right now it seems to me like trying to train the legs with barbell squats, but you can only hold the barbell in your mouth, instead of putting it on your back. (The analogy is that the attachment point becomes the limiting factor, not the area you’re actually trying to train.)
So I’m kind of frustrated, being unable to achieve the level of intensity I get with other muscle groups. Wondering if anyone has had this experience, or has comments about it.
