High Intensity or Moderate Intensity For Stretching

I know it’s been discussed at length (no pun intended). But just wanting a fresh discussion on people’s experience. High intensity or lower more moderate and longer duration stretching. Which has given better and more consistent length gains? Would love to hear guys results.

I think the answer is: depends. It depends on the person. I subscribe to start with low intensity for a few months and see the results. If none, then more intensity. I have been getting good results with manual stretches. My stretch routines last anywhere from 5 -15 minutes. I would describe them as being moderate in intensity. I’m closing in on 2” gained.

Wow dude 2 inches?! In what amount of time? Can you describe your routine? Stats? That’s amazing and very encouraging.

What was your size and your current size now? And how old are you.

Can you tell us more about your experience with manual stretching? How long it took you to gain almost 2 inches and what about the duration of each stretch, directions, frequency and rest days? Have you ever stretched with really high force at some point in your PE journey?

So, I have been doing PE for over 2 1/2 years. All manual for the most part. I’ve added pumping about 6 months ago. I attribute all my length gains from manual stretching. Nothing too crazy or high intensity. I used to do 3on 2off, then 4/3, and now 4/3 or 5/2. I’m consitent, but not religious. I tried pumping for length, I don’t recommend it. For me that led to high pressures trying to get to or exceed my best measurements and think it was counter productive. Now I do low pressure for fifteen minutes or less, and found that to be a good girth exercise and I enjoy it. I don’t have a set routine, but always have a goal. I’ve never tried extending or hanging and probably won’t. I have been getting good results with manual routines and they don’t require a lot of time. Gains don’t happen overnight. For me, being patient, consistent, and injury free are key.

So what were you’re starting stats and where are you size wise now? And to clarify you’re just talking about moderate intensity stretches? Any emphasis on a certain direction? A stretches? How long would you hold each stretch?

My favorite stretch is raising one leg, maybe step on a chair, a few stairs, or place a knee on a bed, etc. Then reach behind that leg, behind the glans and pull down and backwards to target the ligs. I ease into this stretch ending with more force. I’ll hold a stretch for 15-45 seconds, shake it out, and do a different stretch. I always do that stretch. I will also do directional stretches, A stretches, side to side grabbing at the base, whatever I feel like doing at the time. I recommend experimenting. Stretch standing up, stretch laying down down, raise a leg, squat. All moderate. I never pull using full force, or cause any pain. Whatever stretch I do, I make sure I am getting a good stretch. When I started I was 6.7 BPEL, now 8.5. The first inch was easy, this second inch is taking twice as much time. The effort is the same, but my form and execution of the exercises is much better than when I was a newbie. The gains keep coming though, they just require patience. Hope this helps.

That is excellent info man. Do you think you’ve added the same nearly 2 inches to your flaccid? What size are you hanging soft? Any pics? I think you were referring to between the cheeks stretching. And I agree. That feels like a very good stretch. Thanks for the input man.

Also how old were you when you started?

Age has a big factor for big gainers, if you are young, you will definitely go fast gain, please tell us your age

I won’t be posting any pics BD1. I found PE at age 43. I was having some EQ/ed problems and did a Google search which led me to the PE sites and exercises. I started with the JP90 and it helped with my EQ (almost overnight). The side effect was a bigger dick.. So almost three years later I’m still putting in the work.

So what is your guys experience with manual stretching?

That’s awesome to hear man. I gained about .4 inches in girth but that took me from 4.6 mid shaft to around 5. The upper shaft was still pretty skinny. Lol. And that came from dry jellying and O bends mostly. Didn’t follow a strict routine but those were the exercises. I ended up getting the pmma procedure for girth enhancement. Best thing I ever did. Awesome results and that was about 3 years ago. But now I want to get my length of 5.5 nbpel to match my 6.25 inch girth. Lol. So that’s why I’m becoming a little obsessive about finding out how other guys got good length results.

Also you didn’t answer about your over all flaccid gains. Did you measure that? Did your 1.7 inch length gains also apply to your flaccid length?

Also did you use heat or any sort of warming up?

I usually don’t warm up, but I never stretch of my unit is cold or if it’s cold in the room. Warming up first isn’t a bad idea and most recommend it. I would guess my flaccid is about an inch longer.
