Wanting Strictly Length Gains, Zero Girth

Hey, bit of a lurker but never tried PE b4. Basically I’m already too girthy at 7.8x6.2 erect and gf has trouble with oral and piv sex.
A bit of extra length would be cool but any extra girth would make the length not worth it at all.

I’m seeing people recommend beginner routine a lot and people reporting length and girth gains. I’m also seeing a couple people report hangers give only length. Is there a consensus on the matter here?

I am unware of any PE exercise that will yield gains in only one dimension.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I don’t think that you will get consensus on anything here. I would go with a simple hanging routine. Hanging predominantly impacts length.

What kind of ratio you reckon I might get if you had to ballpark it, 1/0.1? 1/0.2?

So, here’s the deal - there has been anecdotal evidence, that even just a length-focused routine, such as hanging or ADS’s produce girth gains as well. The theory behind it is that since there is cell division, i.e. new cells being created, not just already existing tissue being elongated, the needle is going to move in all dimensions. Regardless, if you focus on hanging or ADS’s - that’s your best bet and I don’t think you would see anything south of 5:1. Could be way more negligible.

Take this advice with a grain of salt, but none of this is an exact science.

Question, though - why do you want NO girth gain? Zero?

Well as I said, girth is already an issue with gf, she can barely get past the head at all during oral and it’s usually the girth rather than length causing pain during normal piv sex. Luckily she’s on the pill for now but condoms are hard to get that fit alright too.

I talked to her about PE and she basically had the same opinion as me that additional girth would be bad but a bit of length could be interesting

Dumb question since it is so obvious, and unrelated to your PE goals and not helpful for oral, but for PIV do you guys use lube?

I’m pretty girthy, and without lube my wife gets uncomfortable during PIV fairly quickly, but with lube my girth blows the top of her head off. She absolutely loves it.
