Hey all new to this forum. I’ve lurked for sometime on here and PEgym and I want to know, is there anyway I could just focus on girth? I’m satisfied with my length but my girth is really the issue at 5”. If anyone has some advice or can recommend a routine I could do that’d be great.

I don’t see any issue with 5 girth. That’s big and really good spot to have, because you can do all stuff without any problem. Nonetheless, clamping is girth oriented exercise.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

If you start from 5” you’re a fucking lucky man.

If you are starting now I recommend the newbie routine for you penis to experience the initial exercises, then you can move to some advanced exercises like clamp, manual girth routine such as horse440, pump etc.
