Hello! I am new to the whole jelqing thing. I’ve been doing the basic routine found on this forum for 3 days now however whenever I finish, I wear underwear that is tight around the groan area.
Do you guys think it will change/slow down my progression? And I can’t buy any size up for my underwear otherwise it is too loose around my waist. What do you guys recommend me doing in this situation?
I recommend not wearing any underwear. I find gravity works well and it allows me to hang freely.
