Weird sensation

Ok so I’ve been doing pe for about 3 weeks and I have noticed that I allways have some pre cum on the tip of t my glands and it kinda feels wierd when I p. I’m sure all some of you know what it feels like when you get soap it ur p hole. Learned that from experimenting when I was younger, it kinda tingles when I p. Some of you might be thinking I have an std but I’ve been through that different sensation and discharge. I usually jelq in the showere w conditiner I think this might be the probelm. Also I think it may be from graping the glands when streching.So I stopped using it for a few days and still have the sensation. Could the discharge be from kegling. Any ifo would be greatyl appreciated
