Wet Jelq Count

Just curious what is the max jelqs have you guys built up to and how long does it take you? Not counting warm up cool down and stretching. No devices either .

Have you seen any gains as you built up to jelq counts?

Start: 6.1 BPEL Current: 6.85 BPEL Start: 4.5 MSEG Current: 5.0

Goal : 7" BPEL 5' 7'' 165lbs

At 36 minutes of wet jelqing I pushed my NBPEL from ~7” to ~7.2”.

Pacing myself at 3 seconds per stroke, 36 minutes should be around 720 jelqs. Never went beyond this amount.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Same here . I’m at about 850 wet jelqs about 30-35 min.was permanent 6.8 now with building up to 850 Jelqs I fluctuate from a 7.0 to 7.1 bpel.

Only difference is , I’m seeing an increased size in unit whole size vs just the look of a long unit. Not sure if it makes sense

I never counted. I’ve listened to my body and I was done when I was done. I felt trying to hit a time or stroke threshold was counter productive.

20 quality jelqs can produce more significance then 100 poor quality jelqs.

Numbers aren’t relative to gains because the quality and style of a jelq greatly differs from one to another.

I never count, I use feel. My unit will show expansion, that is what I’m looking for. I also ensure to jelq just before fatigue would set in. Just when I start to feel that I can do more but my unit will be very tired.

It also took me a year and a half to finally find the correct way to jelq. I believe many people, have never found this.

Quality over quantity is important for the jelq.

Maybe I haven’t found the correct way to jelq. I’m hoping out of all those jelqs I do at least 100 are correct 😞. Out of all the jelq tutorials , what is the best example you guys have seen read or viewed?
