What are the most important things to buy to maximize gains

And where can I get them? I plan on beginning the newbie routine this month but I wanted to know what the most important things to buy are to get the best possible gains. For length more specifically. I’m on a budget and don’t have that much that I can spend. I need to order these things now because I am 23 and still living at home. My parents and my sister just left for vacation but they will be coming back in 2 1/2 weeks so I need to order whatever I’m going to use in the future after the newbie routine (or even stuff that would be useful for the newbie routine) as soon as possible!

Also where do you guys store your stuff? I need to make sure that my sister or mom doesn’t find anything when they end up cleaning the house!

Well for me I just got the basic stuff nothing really fancy. This is what I got so far a bottle of baby oil for my jelqing and edging. Baby powder for better grip during my stretches sometimes hands tend to sweat so I use this when ever that happens. For warm up I have a rice sock and a heating pad. My rice sock is way better than my heating pad.

So here is a recap of what I have 1. Baby oil 2. Baby Powder 3. Rice sock or Heating Pad.

When I was in the navy and couldn’t afford to get caught with any supplies all I had was a small bottle of KY, a sock I used for warming up, and a notebook. Starting off all you need is a wrist watch with a timer alarm, sex lubricant or baby oil, and a clean wash cloth, and hot water or a microwave.

Thanks for the reply’s so far. I’ll get some baby oil, already have baby powder. What is the normal thing that most people use for warm up? It’s the heating pad right? Where can I purchase the heating pad and the rice sock? And this may be a dumb question but where can I get the KY sex lube.would they have it at my local pharmacy? Now when it comes to more advanced things.I’m reading about all these people here hanging, clamping, etc. What would you guys say is most beneficial for gains? I think I might have over estimated how expensive PE really is. I have about $200 to spend, maybe willing to go over budget depending on the value of certain items. Remember I need to buy whatever I need to be now it’s my only chance until I end up moving out.

Do not under any circumstances perform any advanced pe exercises like clamping or hanging if you are just starting out. For now follor a newbie routine and with 6-12 months of experience you can start experimenting with clamps etc but only under the advice of TP.

A heating pad can be fount at a pharmacy or grocery store for $10-$15, same place for KY for a couple bucks, IMO WET is better for pe, a multi vitamin, and 25-50mg zing glucanate is all you need. There you have it for less than $30.

I won’t I’m going to follow the newbie routine, it’s just that it would be easier for me to order things now because no one is home but me.later after I’m finished the newbie routine it will be difficult for me to order that stuff because of the people in my home. I guess for now I’ll just get the essentials though. If I get WET lubricant - which type of lubricant do you think is best for PE? One last thing.. I spoke to another member about the Size Genetics extender after reading a post of his saying he had exceptional gains from it in a short period of time (1 1/4 length in 6 weeks) when he first started out PE. Any thoughts on incorporating either this, or the Vac-extender/autoextender into the newbie routine?

This is interesting. I might be joining the mob soon, and was wondering if it would be possible to continue PE when I’m in. It could be a year or so til I get in anyway yet.

My PE toolkit for you to spend money on would be:

1) Albolene is my personal favorite lube ($12 at CVS), but you might check this thread out: what is the best lube for PE
2) Rice sock - buy one at the pharmacy, Walmart, etc. or make your own for about $2 with rice, in a sock. I use this: Cock sock but you don’t have to make it that complicated.
3) Time and Patience. (free actually)

If someone finds the lube, just tell them you heard it is good for dry skin. If someone finds the rice sock, tell them it’s for a sore muscle. Some members store stuff in their gym bag which doesn’t need to be hidden and most things are dual use anyway.

Read, read, read the posts on this forum. Spend the rest of the week searching, following threads, etc. so you get all the knowledge you can. Good luck and stay safe.

Definitly depends on the branch. In basic training it aint gonna happen, but afterwards it will get better. My last two years in the Air Force I had my own room.

I did pe sessions at night during bootcamp. I would sit on the toilet in the stalls with curtains just had to hold the curtain closed when rover walked by. In boot I only had a canteen of hot water for a warm up and did only dry jelqs because your personal property is liable for search so no lube. In the real navy before I was in housing it wasn’t a good idea to try to hide a pump because of health and comfort searches annually or drug suspicions the boat. Try explaining that to a room full of your superiors. Not sure if t breaks a ucmj code but may come close. On the boat I was working all the fucking time and because of lack of sleep (4-6hrs working nights) in the navy recovery was slower. On shore commands stress is lower and you get slightly more time off most likely with your own room but a roomate next door with a shared kitchen and bathroom. If you’re lucky you might be able to escape the armed forces without a cigarette, alcohol, or porn addiction or wife and be a “bigger man” for it.

Vegetable based baby oil (rapeseed) or olive oil is explanable for dry skin, and is better than mineral based for your skin. Imo better for pe too.

The most important thing for maximizing gains is not any sort of item. The most important aspect of making gains is intangible. You need to be well equipped with a good mindset for PE. Be as dedicated as possible, and you will maximize your gains.

Zinc and a multi vit.
I use E45 for jelqing and dry skin.
I warm up in the shower and trying to never let things get cold.

Absolutely no evidence of PE nowadays. I used to use a rice sock for warming up, and a flannel, but I have long enough showers to not require them nowadays.:)

Oh and I have a nice ruler. What else do you need as a newbie? Dedication!
