What Celery Seed should I take for semen volume?
I know this question belongs in the “Supplements” thread, but I’m a new member so I can’t post on there yet.
I’ve been juicing celery and eating the leftover pulp for the past ten days, because I’ve been told that it helps increase semen volume. I’ve been juicing 6 stalks everyday and even eating the leftover pulp afterward to be sure I get the full effect. So far, I’ve noticed that I’ve been more hornier and more tempted to masturbate than usual. My urine has a different and stronger smell to it too. I haven’t really noticed any difference it semen volume though.
I’ve read several threads on here saying that celery seed is much more potent and works better. I’m really intent on trying that, but I have a few questions before I do:
- What form should I take it in? Seeds? Powder? Gel capsules? Tablets?
- What brand should I get? And where do I buy it? I live in the US btw.
- How much should I take daily?
- How should I take it? Mix it in my water or tea? Or do I just put it in my mouth and chase it with water?
