Since I started PE ( 3 months ago) I’ve gained 0,6 inches in length and 0,3 inches in girth.
3 weeks ago I decided to change my routine, after I changed my routine I didn’t measure my dick but I’m having some problems with my erection quality , I used to have nearly every morning morning wood and rock hard erections after I started PE. But after the new routine even though I think it is more beneficial and fun to do my erections got worse and I can get erected like %80 without masturbating.
My routine is 30 min BTC stretches everyday and 2 on 1 off a mixture of manual clamps , jelqs , jelq squeezes and ULIs

What do you think about my routine and my EQ situation , next week I will be going to vacation for 5 days , may be I can stop PEing when I’m in vacation and see what happens.

There are many things that can affect EQ. For me, I just made it through two weeks of bad eq. I started my new routine two months ago, and my eq improved at first, then dropped. A few things I noticed:

1) Lifestyle has big effect: stress, sickness, exercising, diet and sleep quality are big factors.
2) Increasing intensity often means a need to increase rest times before eq is restored to 100%.
3) Stimulating your own erections for routine exercises can become more difficult over time because you’re getting used to the stimulus and it doesn’t “excite” you anymore.

All these things were happening to me all at once and it felt terrible. So, I got over my sickness, decreased the intensity, and let my erections come more naturally. My EQ are back finally. My advice is to relax and don’t stress, enjoy your vacation, and let your eq come back naturally.

Well, your penis is telling you something. You just gotta figure out what it is. So yeah, take a short break, think about it, maybe lower the intensity/frequency. Your penis isn’t going anywhere, I hope.

Stop now to allow your penis to rest so when you start your vacation your penis will be ready to go. I find that vacation sex is some of the best and I sure want to make the most of it.

Restart PE when you come back. Remember that PE is a marathon, not a sprint. Dedication over time is the key.

My EQ started to get better , how should I continue with my routine after I have the same EQ as before? Should I do the same things but maybe lighter or should I decrease my workout days or should I change my routine , I have been doing those exercises for 3 weeks and after I got my EQ %100 I want to see if my 30 min stretches everyday has done any changes or not , and also want to see if clamping has done any gains in my girth.
