Everyone accents importance of warmup, but I’m not sure how to do it correctly. I just take a hot bath, but ideally I should have a warming device on my penis during the extension, so what compact devices or methods are there?

Any heating pad that you can plug in is what I recommend. Don’t over think it.

It would be nice if anyone can recommend a specific brand. I bought an electric heating pad a few months ago and it was kind of crap. It just never got warm enough for my liking. (The brand I bought was Mighty Bliss.)
I got a Sunbeam heating pad, a really generic one. The temperature ranges from 135 - 140°F max which is enough for me.
Don’t go cheap when you buy one. The last time I bought one, it was $22 American and it’s lasted for years.
