Microtears
The theory of microtears posits that PE exercises cause microscopic injuries (or tears) to penile tissues which causes the body to respond by making more tissue. It is another PE theory that is based on the bodybuilding analogy. It is also closely linked with the theory that you should keep the penis in an extended state during the healing process in order to experience maximum gains. Since microtears imply a growth of new tissue the theory implies hyperplasia, in contrast to the theories of plastic deformation and hypertrophy, though they are not mutually exlusive.

I don’t know how it works, and I don’t need to know.

I can’t explain in detail how electricity works either, but I’m still willing to hit the switch and get the light, so I will just keep stretching and jelquing to get a bigger dick and have no clue why it happened. The only thing I need is the end result.
