I, too, want length but not girth but a good jelqing routine at low EQ (Erection Quality) is absolutely imperative for gains. Primarily because you need to establish a good PI (Physiolocial Indicators) before you can safely proceed. I started with the Newbie Routine but it was was not keeping my PIs high enough. I dropped down to just jelqing and my PIs are rising. After a couple of weeks, I’ll add manual stretches back in.
My suggestion for OP is to start with the Linear Newbie Routine and read up on Physiological Indicators. From there add manual stretches to condition your penis before moving into a hanging routine. Better to have a short dick that works than a long dick that doesn’t. PIs are very important.
