What should I do post newbie routine ?
Background: I did newbie routine slower then I should [around 3 months instead 1.5] since I had a little injury so I felt like doing it slower and safer.
Gains: BPEL:1cm [less then expected] MSEG:1.5cm BPFL: 4cm [loving it :D ] BPFSL: do not have starting length but can say clearly that stretching way longer then the beginning
Should I keep doing the newbie routine + extra exercise or there is more advanced routine that I should try now ? .
