What should I do post newbie routine ?

What should I do post newbie routine ?

Background: I did newbie routine slower then I should [around 3 months instead 1.5] since I had a little injury so I felt like doing it slower and safer.

Gains: BPEL:1cm [less then expected] MSEG:1.5cm BPFL: 4cm [loving it :D ] BPFSL: do not have starting length but can say clearly that stretching way longer then the beginning

Should I keep doing the newbie routine + extra exercise or there is more advanced routine that I should try now ? .

Stay with the newbie routine as long as you conrinue to gain and see improvement.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

To keep increasing volume/another exercise or stay with 500 jelq strokes and 10m manual stretches ?

It’s ok to increase activity, but do it gradually and pay attention to the feedback from your penis, meaning closely monitor your PI’s. You don’t want to increase so much that you are now overtraining, your penis turtles, EQ declines and have to stop and recover.

I don’t know what your “too much” point is, you’ll just need to use common sense as you progress. And of course monitor your PI’s.

I agree with this, but you might also what to think about specializing in a technique that focuses on your goals. For instance, I chose to start a pumping routine for overall girth and some length improvement. Or you may want to try hanging or extenders that focus on length but there are also reports of girth increases.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I really do want to get 1 of them.

But right now I’m doing it “secretly” since I don’t have much privacy but hopefully I will soon.

Thats why I’m looking for “non special equipments” methods to add volume till I will get 1 of them
