AM: Shower, stretch in directions chosen. In the show, it only takes about 5-10 minutes and I’m done.
Afternoon: I have the luxury of being a student & having short days. I’m normally back around 12-4 before my family come back from their day. Here I lightly stretch & jelq.
PM: In the shower, repeat as AM.
