When does Girth stop growing

I’ve heard people say that they are still growing in length beyond the age of 18 naturally, but what about girth? Doesn’t it grow the most in the last few years of puberty as well, making it so that there is more noticeable growth in girth after 18?

P.S. It’d be nice if someone can provide a growth chart for girth

I think penis stops growing naturally in both dimensions at the same age. By what I know, it’s not uncommon having some penis growth untill 20-21y.
