When kegeling is it normal to tighten the abdominals?
I crunch the PF muscle for 5 seconds, then relax, then push it (reverse kegel) for 5 seconds, then relax. I do 50 series of this 5 times a week.
I noticed when I crunch my PF my abdominal tighten a bit, and when I push it in the reverse kegel my abdominal muscle tighten a lot. Is this normal or am I doing it wrong?
Also I feel a little bit of anal muscle contraction during the reverse kegel. Is it normal or am I doing it wrong?
One more question, is 50 kegels 5 times a week a good amount of kegeling exercise? I am doing kegels mostly for sexual health and to fix my Pre E problem.
