When should I use 2 warmups - with regard to stretches ?

I have just started PE (Jelqs), after a 10 year hiatus.
I have done 6 session of 20-30 jelqs so far and tomorrow I am going to incorporate 2.5 minutes manual stretches into my sessions.
I will increase, over time, increase to 10 minutes manual stretches. I won’t go more than 10 minutes.
I would like to know, when do I need to do 2 warmups, with regard to stretches, 2.5 minutes, 5 minutes, 7.5 minutes or 10 minutes manual stretches ?
I am going to warmup, do 2.5 manual stretches then go straight onto jelqs. Do I really need to do another warmup after only 2.5 minutes stretches ? It seems too short a time for my unit to cool down significantly to warrant another warmup.
But, say, after 5 or 7.5 minutes stretches then that would warrant another warmup. But can I leave the extra warmup until I hit 7.5 minutes manual stretches ?
