When should I use 2 warmups - with regard to stretches ?

Hi all,

I have just started PE (Jelqs), after a 10 year hiatus.

I have done 6 session of 20-30 jelqs so far and tomorrow I am going to incorporate 2.5 minutes manual stretches into my sessions.

I will increase, over time, increase to 10 minutes manual stretches. I won’t go more than 10 minutes.

I would like to know, when do I need to do 2 warmups, with regard to stretches, 2.5 minutes, 5 minutes, 7.5 minutes or 10 minutes manual stretches ?

I am going to warmup, do 2.5 manual stretches then go straight onto jelqs. Do I really need to do another warmup after only 2.5 minutes stretches ? It seems too short a time for my unit to cool down significantly to warrant another warmup.

But, say, after 5 or 7.5 minutes stretches then that would warrant another warmup. But can I leave the extra warmup until I hit 7.5 minutes manual stretches ?

It is totally up to you. The best situation is to apply constant heat during any PE activity as heat increases blood flow and improves tissue elasticity. This is easier accomplished with certain type activities than others. Pumpers wrap their tubes with electric heat pads, for example. The work around then is to add a heating stage in the work out. How often and at which stage is up to the individual, as this adds time and effort to do so. The only downside to adding more re heat stages is the added time.

Paying attention to how your penis responds and adding heat at an inflection point is a good way to adjust your program.

Lack of heat will not prevent gains, but adding heat will lead to quicker and better gains.

I’ll wait till I hit 7.5 minutes manual stretches until I include a 2nd warmup.

I just don’t think it’s necessary to include a warmup right now.
