Hi!

I started a month ago with jelqing only and recently noticed my first gains. However, I wanted to gain girth mainly and so far it’s only a few mm in BPEL. I worry, that I might get “too long” before I get any EG gains.
I will continue to focus on jelqing still, and no stretches.

When is it recommended to start with girth exercises? I don’t want to start too early to preserve EQ, so I’m reluctant to pick anything up that isn’t jelqing.

Should I try cock rings after jelqing? Penis pump?

Current: EG 5.2”/ 13.2 cm, BPEL 7.0”/ 17.8 cm, 14.5 cm NBPEL.

Strangely, stretching can help with girth and girth exercises can help with length. If you work your penis in the same directions all the time it adapts quickly to resist. A rounded routine is helpful in that regard. That said jelqing works length and girth. You could consider adding in more intense girth exercises now. Maybe mix a little jelq squeezing or ulis into your jelqing routine. The less experience you have the more chance you will injure yourself so be very cautious.

I just started a month ago, is it advisable to pick it up now, already?

I avoided stretching, because it fear it might have an profound effect on my erection angle, which is lacking as it is. I’ll add some upwards stretching left and right though, if it is your advice, because I think if you do not stretch your ligaments, but only your tunica, it won’t have an effect on the erection angle. 3-5 minutes max.
