When to start hanging or extending?
Hello,
I started PE in December but fell off after a week. This time I’ve committed myself highly to it starting today. I wanted to know when should you incorporate hanging into your routine? And when should you incorporate extenders into your routine? Right now I am just doing the newbie routine to start again since I didn’t get much of a start last time.
Also, are extenders and hanging necessary to see more gains or can you achieve the same amount of gains through hands only stretching and jelqing?
