When to up the intensity?

I’ve done 8 sessions over the last 2 weeks. I started in June and stopped because of an “injury” (purple spots), but now I’m doing newbie routine. I noticed no aching and almost feeling like I didn’t work out at all the last few sessions.

Is it time for me to lengthen my stretches / jelqing time? If so, in what increments?

Also, is it at all possible for me to get to 6.5 x 4.8? I may be closer to 4.25 girth, 4.5 with a cock ring.


Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"

Of course,you can even gain much more but that takes time and patience, be consistent and work smart, it doesnt happen in a day nor in a month it can take months until you see gains.

About the intensity, if im not wrong you need to add stretching and jelqing time each week or two ONLY AFTER 6 WEEKS OF NEWBIE ROUTINE, its written somewhere in the newbie routine itself.

Were these purple spots on the head or the shaft? Did they go away after a few hours/days? Intensity should only be increased when the exercises no longer produce results.. Progression method. When the body adapts is when you ramp the intensity. Once the gains stop, you need to switch to more intense routines to keep the gains coming. This means adding time, pressure, or both.carefully. The best results I find come from stress applied over time.. The Diamond method or the PE formula (stress + time = growth). The more time the tissues are exposed to stress, the longer/thicker the penis will become. Thanks.

Howdy.! Work smarter, not harder and learn from others mistakes. Photo verified start at 8" bpfs x 6.25" base. Currently 8.6.25 bpfs" x 6.375" msg. New goal 9" bpel x 7" msg.

Purple spots were on the glans, I think they went away after 7-10 days.

I appreciate the response but I still don’t understand.. I have to do the same routine until I get gains? But it says it may take months to get gains. So when is a long enough time without gains to ramp up?

Newbie routine says to gradually go from 5 minutes stretching to 10 minutes over a period of 6 weeks. Not trying to overthink but, want to make the best use of my time.
