When to use Kegels

I understand what a Kegel is and the concept of it during taking a piss, but when do I practice my 50 reps of it?

During regular masterbation, when?

Just as a seperate exercise. You can practice this even when you’re with others. It wont be noticed.

ps: 50 x 5 seconds reps.


Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

So you just contract the BC muscle?

Bs pc.. I don’t know. I do just like: cutting the flow in the middle of pee . Concentrate on the area between your balls and butthole while doing this, and imagine you’re building muscles there while doing the repititions. This will help.

I just have to say.. Kegel exercises are the shit. I haven’t gotten into PE at all, but I have been Kegeling for the past two years and I KNOW these exercises have made a world of difference. When I first started I would rarely even shoot my load, it would just ooze out. Now I have to watch I don’t hit my face if I’m sitting down masturbating.

I do Kegels on the 20min subway ride I have to class in the morning during the week and after I wake up and go for a run on weekends.. Fact of the matter is you can do them whenever so long as you aren’t grimacing in an office meeting or something like that. I’d recommend not doing them before having sex/masturbating since it’s going to wear out your PC muscle. But any time is a good time so long as you think your body is fit to do them.

Kegels for life my friend. There is an abundance of info on this site alone and a great deal elsewhere on the net as well. My advice to you is to get a solid Kegel routine down and stick to it. I assure you that you will see the benefits.

If you want to find the muscle, just try to move your dick around without touching it when it’s hard.. I’m sure you know what I mean. Stopping flow during urination works as well. Also,pay attention to your muscles more than the sensation of ejaculating next time you ejaculate too. An untrained PC muscle spasms fairly uncontrollably with ejaculation.. At least mine used to. Also, during sexual stimulation you likely involuntarily flex your PC muscle, hence having good control over it is a good way to prevent ejaculation.

So they are the same muscle as the one as when you move your penis erect?

Does it matter if you do the Kegels erect?

Kegels* help out with the tantra type sex stuff too. If I do a kegel really hard right before I am gonna cum, my orgasms happens, and I might slide out one thick line of goo, but no REAL ejaculation, and in 4 seconds I am ready keep on rockin on!

*If we are talking about flexing the muscles that make you pee/not pee
