Well at the time I was in a very awkward position, meaning I was surrounded by people literally all day so stealth PE was the name of the game. But heres what I did.
1st session (early morning)
10min hot shower (with the water aimed on my member) while using a stridex acne wipe jar to stretch my penis.
2nd session (before I went to sleep)
10min hot shower (same as what I did in the morning)
10min wet jelq
10min hot shower (no stretching just hot water)
I know it sounds pretty simple, but under the circumstances I was in it was extremely difficult.. I had no privacy other then in the shower and bathroom. The jelqing sucked because I had to do it in a public bathroom, and if you have ever jelqed before it’s a pretty noticeble sound haha. And my room was out of the question because I shared a room with somebody. I guess you can say if theres a will theres a way haha.
Over a few months I slowly started to bump up the times, I eventually stopped on

I borrowed the rountine from one of the members on this site and just adjusted it to me and my situation. Afterwards I took alittle break from PE because I just had to, it was alot stress under the conditions I was in. But it took me about 6-7 months to achieve a inch in length, and it’s pretty solid gains because I’m still sitting a 5.5 BPEL some 4months after I stopped.
