I am a newbie and starting at 5”NBP and looking for some help on Jelqing. I am unable to jelq with an ok grip because I am too small, is it possible if I hold the base with one hand and use an ok grip and jelq with the other? And if so how much pressure do you hold the grip at the base? I don’t want to put too much pressure at the base. Sorry if this is a repeat question but I tried searching for “small penis grips” and was unable to find answers to my questions. I joined about a year ago and have not been able to be consistent with my routines but I am back now and eager to make gains. This post is great because it gives me the drive that I was looking for, seeing other guys like me!

5” NBP is not that small. Holding a grip at the base is kinda the regular way to jelq. Probably the problem is not your size, but the loss of erection or the excess of skin - are you cut or uncut?

Search through the forums for all of his posts, he started with a micro penis and is now large.

I am cut but you are right it’s the excess skin that is limiting me to doing the jelqing the right way. I tend to have a build up and I can’t get my other grip to pull the skin back with the other hand. So I will use the one handed jelq until I become conditioned, how much pressure do I squeeze at the base? Right now I am only holding the skin back with a “C” grip with not too much pressure on the squeeze, don’t want to over do it but at the same time I want to get the most out of each jelq.

I completely don’t understand guys who have over 7 inches and start PE (Jesus, what for? It’s like being 2 meters tall and participating in the lex-extender thing to gain extra 15 cm…), but those aren’t the majority. Lots of people starts with 5-6 inches BPEL. Most of them. So don’t worry, there are many 5inch guys around. I did manage to gain half an inch, by the way. Still, my girth is HORRIBLE and that’s what I’m going to work on now since I’m planning to return to PE right away.

Don’t worry some of them were smaller than you when they started but now I can proudly say that they are huge. Because they are former member and they are working. With the time you will be same with them. I am looking their back round when I free. It is giving me more adaptation to work.

First you have a time
second you are not so small
Third you can grow even after marriage.

I was 6x5 when I started newbie routine. My wife was also virgin when we get married (6 years ago). We are happy but I wanted to have bigger one.
Believe me she is saying me sometimes that ” it is being difficult to take this one how will take bigger” but any case I want and she agree.
Note : 2 months finished and I am not 6x5 anymore:)

If you are having a lot of build up, than maybe you are using too much pressure. To get the most out of each jelq you don’t have to augment the force; try doing it slower, instead: you do a 3 secs stroke? Try a 5 secs, and see the difference.

The point with jelqs is to gradually push more blood into CC; to make it work at the best you have to use a medium grip. If you use too much force, the penis will loose erection due to a protective mechanism.

Last time I looked, there was nothing about “Thou shalt not jelq” in the bible. Doing PE for penile health or your wife’s pleasure etc. is not the same as doing it for certain ‘other’ reasons. We have a built in conscience - if you think you are doing something you should not be doing, then you probably are.

Howdy, When I started ,I couldn’t jelq properly and started using the one hand jelq. Now, I do a grip where I use one hand- “right”- holding my dick at the base- “left”- down around my sac.

Then pull up with my fingers to stretch the shaft over to the right side, targeting the ligs. I get the CS really good .Repeat with the other side. Also helps with glans growth.

I started with 5.5” in Sept.09— Dec 09- 6.2”

Just keep on stretching. We’ll all get there.
