Whatsup guys,

I’ve been lurking on here since forever, and I’ve been doing PE on and off for a few years now (about 0.75 inch length gain) and just now I am wondering this.

For about the last year, not sure where I got the idea from (pretty sure I read it somewhere), I’ve been performing my stretches while gripping my head. I grip with my thumb, index and middle finger, sort of squeeze it to get a grip, and I use a square of toilet paper so that it doesn’t slip. I also stretch pretty damn hard (about as hard as possible).

However, just today I was reading on the newbie guide that you’re supposed to grap BEHIND the head. I’m definitely going to start doing that again (I used to stretch like this).

I’ve noticed that my shaft right below my head feels extra stretchy and soft (too stretchy; sorry couldn’t find a better word for it), but only for like an inch.the rest feels normal, and full

Does anybody else stretch like this? Am I being paranoid?

I’m no expert and VERY new to P.E but from my experience it’s best you grab below the head, and as for the toilet paper only use it for what it’s made for cleaning up after your ass and go buy some baby powder it’ll give you a better grip and it’s pain free.. I find the toilet paper hurts really bad and makes it hard to jelq afterwards.

I agree with Testoo, besides the toilet paper dries too much the skin.

I don’t use paper o powder for my stretch, just grab behind the glans and stretch, at first a little pain may be felt, but after some time you get used.

Thanks guys.the reason I ask is that lately my penis has been really floppy when soft, and yesterday I had difficulty achieving an erection, and this morning I woke up with a real soft erection.I am worried that I may have messed something up (my mind always freaks out for everything though)

However, the night before I drank a good amount of alchohol and only slept like 4 hours.I’m hoping that’s may have caused the weak erection, but I think I may have overtrained as well

Any veteran’s opinion?

It may be a bit of the alcohol and probably a bit of the change in the grip as well. You should grab behind the head, as you did when you gained nearly an inch, and try to be careful of the area directly below the head on the dorsal (top) side as there is a nerve bundle there. Nothing you have said would indicate anything messed up, especially in the absence of any pain or numbness. You’ll be just fine. Good luck!

Yeah but not so tight you feel pain, I mean what’s the point of having a massive schlong if you can’t feel anything with it right?

I think I’ve had that super stretchy thing you were talking about, not sure if it’s a positive or a negative. Saying that I didn’t gain any EL from a month hard stretching with super stretchy flaccid results which leads me to believe it may be a negative.

Also I found I get hard if I hold the head while stretching which is apparently not good. Have you had any positive or negative P.I.s in relation to the stretchy thing?

Not sure about the stretchy thing.maybe it’s just the feeling of a larger flaccid penis (that I’m not used to).but it feels incredibly soft, like too soft.

I would say the negative PIs are my weak erections in the morning

But now that I think about it, I smoked some weed yesterday (potent stuff) and the night before yesterday .I’m hoping that this is the cause of my weak morning erections, most likely due to a dropping in testosterone levels

When I did manuals, I used baby powder. Without it, my grip would slip

Smoking weed will not lower your test levels. You are getting negative Pi’s from overtraining or other causes. Search for marijuana and gains thread.

Yes, you should grip behind the head, but you should be careful of the area immediately behind the glans on the top side of the shaft. Meaning, don’t focus the pressure of your grip in that area. If you use an inverted U grip (pinky facing forward) the squeezing pressure can be focused on the sides of the shaft relatively easily. I hope that helps.

And good new, I had the office to myself today, threw on some porn, and voila! A full blown erection.took a little while though, I had to convince myself that nothing was wrong with me before I could relax enough and get it up.

The idea with stretching is not to put unrelenting physical force on the organ, so you are forced to consider which way is the least painful way of gripping.

It’s just like stretching for anything else. Stretch to just before any pain, and then hold for twenty seconds. Then relax for a few seconds and repeat. Do a set of ten every morning as part of your basic PE routine.

If you pull too hard, your body recoils, and tries to protect itself. The effect of this is to lessen gains or any immediate gaining potential.

PE should be, on balance, managed stress; just like a physical therapy program.

The attitude that you are supposed to dish out some sort of maximum force leads to injury, not quicker gains.

See what you can accomplish with the least effort and a more gentle approach. And don’t skimp on the warm-up.

I still haven’t started a PE routine yet, but I have been doing piss pulls.
I seem to have a some discomfort b the base of my dick I don’t it’s anything serious but thats why I want someones opinion m guess was my pubes being pulled because that’s how it feels

I have noticed that m dick looks smaller but yet thicker and night and morning wood ain’t that good but for some reason I think this might be a good sign.
