Where To Find 1.6 Diameter Cylinder?

Hello everyone, I am struggling to find a 1.6” diameter penis pump (I have 4.8 inch erect girth). Vacutech/thickwall pumps go from 1 1/2 diameter(too small for my base) to 1/ 3/4 (too big and sucks in my testicles). I already have a lot of loose skin on my scrotum and I don’t want any more. Does anyone know where I can buy a pump with a 1.6” diameter cylinder?

Thickwall also produces custom size cylinders. Othery may too.

Why not just use a seal on the 1.75” tube.

What is a seal ? Where can I purchase one that fits the tube appropriately?
