Which routine is best for me

I was in this forum about 2 years and tried to read every thread which makes sense for me.

Before PE I was 7.5BPEL and 6.5” girth in mid shaft. As it seems I’m not willing to increase girth. For 2 years I was proud of my size but now I changed my mind and supposed that having increase an inch in length is not a bad idea and this improvement make my dick look more normal than 7.5x6.5 which is quite fat. That’s when I taught of working on PE instead of only reading.

I’m a big fan of Length and girth is a part that I never wanted to increase! And I read that for length stretch is better than jelq.

About last month I started a newbie routine: 5 min warm up. 5 min basic stretch . 10 min wet jelq and 5 min warm up again. Also I workout 2 days on 1 day off workout. And 50 kegels in every workout day.

I tried to increase it to 10 min basic stretch and 30 min wet jelq after 6 week (as it mentioned in newbie routine). In the first week everything feels good and fun.Veins are getting bigger. It hanged fuller.erections improved. But after 2 weeks I realized hardness of my erection was reduced and as I knew that it is a negative sign and also I had a bad fever tried to break my routine for a week or so.

In that time even hardness of my erection is lower but my length size was same and I realized that I made some gains.

After three weeks yesterday my erections got back and I measured my penis again .Wow I’ve got 0.25” (7mm) increase in length for only 2 weeks of workout. Thanks God that my girth is same as before :D (Hooray PE works for me)

Having 1/4 inch increase in length in 2 weeks is more than enough for me and only there is 3/4” more left. But know I can’t choose a right routine to start my workout again.

Is it better to start from 5min stretch and 10 min jelq and increasing it? Or stick to it and never increase it (maybe this increasing is only because of first week of good signs!)
Or even is it good to forget about this 3 weeks of off days and continue my increasing routine ( it was 7 min stretch and 18 min of jelq and maybe somehow that routine was the reason of it’s increasing)

What might work for you might not work for some. Start light and then if you feel you are under training, increase your workout little by little. Just don’t push it.

Oh and if all you want is length, I wouldn’t increase your jelqing time. Just maybe stretch a bit more when you feel you need to. Just my opinion though, based on my short 3 months of experience. Good luck!!

Very nice starting size and quick gains. You need to do some Jelqing for a healthy penis but I would not increase how much you are doing.

You gained 1/4” in two weeks doing what you were doing. Stick with what you were doing until it stops working for you.

I have a question about light start. How much is light? Is it Newbie routine? About 5 min stretch 10 min jelq ? And about increasing ? Any idea about how I feel to decide that it’s not enough and add a bit more?

As I mentioned before I knew that I did something which suites for me . But I don’t know what was that. Maybe this increasing is only because of first week of good signs or maybe a little bit over training in second week helped me! Difference is 8 min of jelq and 2 min of stretch and it’s not a Small difference which could be unmentionable!

Maybe today I tried 10min jelq and 7 min stretch . And never increase jelq. What’s your idea about it?

I would say try a 10/10 routine. 10 mins of stretching and 10 mins of jelqing. That way you’ve increased your length exercise (stretching) and you still have 10 mins of keeping your penis healthy (jelqing). This way you have the best of both worlds and won’t be doing too much to add girth. Try also keeping between 40-60% erection when you jelq, but I’m pretty sure you know this already.

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Sometimes it seems that a good routine works all alone, or for a few days, but 7-14 days of that same routine makes reduced erection quality.

If it were me, I would go back to what you started with, and don’t change it as long as there are good signs and gains. If you do increase the jelqing time, add more days off as part of the overall plan. One day on, one day off works for some.
