Why is it dangerous to strech while erect

Title explains it I guess. I read in the hangers’ thread that hanging while erect, is something that should be avoided. Why?

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I can neither stretch nor jelq under those circumstances, so I switch to Gentle Bends (NOT the name of a very old TV series about a bear). Can’t even do a decent reverse jelq/squeeze at 100%, which is one reason I took up clamping.

Doing practically anything stressful to a fully engorged penis is risky, as the tissues are already strectched to their nominal maxima. Of course, it is exactly the latter that we are all trying to increase, hence the dichotomy. I don’t know why hanging is particularly dangerous, if, in fact, it is.

It is too risky. If you want to you can do it but don’t whine about injuries, less sensitive, erectile problems etc afterwards.

Hey!

Well, you can do two-way streches while erect. One hand streching towards body at the shaft, the other doing regular strech outwards. You get to strech like 1-2mm. But since you are already erect, that 1-2mm streches are quite important.

The thing I am looking for, is actually how do you hang while erect? Anybody? Vacuum hanging?

I just started hanging. I put on the hanger totally flaccid… but then something may get me excited, so I get partially erect — as erect as the hanger will allow. It feels pretty safe, as I simply cannot get a full hard-on with the hanger on. I hope it is.

Opinions?

I have been stretching when erect by kind of pushing the base of my penis down, left and right, whilst bending the shaft a little in the opposite direction. This gives me a really good stretch at the base. Am I being an idiot, is it dangerous?? Doesn’t feel bad at all, in fact as I’m uncircumcised it seems the easiest and least painful way to stretch the ligs. Should I quit this!

Bending isn’t advised, especcially to newbies. It is to risky. Start with the newbie routine.
