Will High Angle Stretching Yeild Gains

I have been stretching at the highest angle possible for over a week. I know I will not see gains instantly. I just want to know What does it do and is it worth it? I am not even worried about my LOT. I hang every day for 30 mins with 5 lbs would In your view would hanging of 30 mins with 5ls be as good or better than high angle stretching with about 5 lbs of force for 30 mins. I personally like the High Angle stretch, and I can do it for hours were hanging I can Only do for short amounts of time.

Since your lot is 6.. Your hanging gains are going to be pretty slow.. Tunica stretches like bundles would help. My advice is to listen to your dick. If you feel the burn it’s got to be good
