Work for length or girth 7X5

Hey guys need your opinion, I am currently at 7X5 consistently, yet at times I can get to 7.25x5.25. If I were to work either for length or girth, which way should I go?

You should probably start with length, girth gains would probably come with length gains and then once you have stopped gaining start going for girth. If that makes sense.

I’d probably just do the newbie routine for a while, and then see what gains occur.

It’s not unusual for both to increase, but chances are there will be one of the two which will come more easily. Then you can concentrate on the more difficult and let the other come along naturally or increase it afterwards if you so desire. Once you know what you have to work with it can make designing a constructive routine easier.

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

Mjolnir hit the nail on the head IMO. Right now I am at 7.5BPEL x 5.4EG. I know myself that I gain length a lot easier than girth (I started just under 6” in length, and just under 5” girth), and I’m sure I could get to 8”BPEL with some good consistent stretching (I have never implemented stretching into my routine), yet I am going to focus on girth instead.

The last thing you want is to overshoot your length goal, and be lacking in your girth.

Keep in mind girth always makes your cock look bigger even if you are not that long.

Go for girth.

I would do the newbie routine and gain about .5 of an inch so your are 7.5, which is what I think is a really good length. It’s close to 8 and I’ve heard it’s a woman’s ideal length(not that a woman wouldn’t love longer (; ) but I am not totally sure about that. If you do the newbie routine, you should be able to gain .5 and by then your penis should be conditioned for you to do girth exercises :) IMO


BPEL = 6.3, EG MID SHAFT = 5inch EG MiD BASE = 4.8, Goal = BPEL 7.5, EG = 5.5- 6.. I WILL SUCCEED.

Thanks for all of your input, I’ll just stick to the newbie routine for the next three months and go from there.
